The Concert Hall and the Berkshire Organists' Association present a series of lunchtime organ recitals by locally and nationally renowned organists.
All recitals begin at 1pm and last approximately 45 minutes.
Nathaniel Keiller
Nathaniel Keiller started piano lessons at an early age, before beginning tuition on the organ whilst a chorister at St Paul’s Cathedral, London. He has broad and encompassing musical interests but feels a particular affinity to the baroque era and repertoire of both France and England from the turn of the 20th Century. His time as a chorister built a lifelong affinity for choral music, especially that of the Anglican Cathedral tradition. He is interested in organ improvisation and extemporisation, both in a liturgical context and also as a form of music in its own right.
Nathaniel is based in Windsor and works as a freelance organist playing regularly for services, weddings and concerts across Berkshire, London and further afield.
Pay What You Can
Our much-loved Father Willis Organ is at the heart of our recital programme. To keep it sounding at its very best, it needs not only to be played regularly but also to receive ongoing care, maintenance and attention — all of which come at a significant cost.
You can help keep the organ alive by choosing what you pay for your recital ticket.
The minimum ticket price is £5 in advance (£7 on the door), but if you are able, you may choose to pay other amounts up to £20.
Every contribution helps us care for this remarkable instrument and ensure that it can continue to be enjoyed for many years to come. Thank you for your support
and generosity.
